Tourism investment market of Croatia waiting for the market to recover

Besides drastically reducing tourism revenues and profitability, the pandemic has stopped or delayed most investments waiting for the sector to recover. Their total volume in 2020 and 2021 is estimated at HRK 9-10 billion. Dr Sanja Čižmar, in her interview for the Croatian news agency HINA, pointed out some key trends in the tourism investment market.
