Sanja Čižmar

Sanja Čižmar is the founder and Managing Partner of 505 Consulting, a boutique consultancy specialising in hospitality and tourism. During her 30-year career in the consulting for HTL industry, Sanja has led and participated in over 500 consulting projects for the leading hospitality companies, investors and Governments in Croatia and 20 countries in the region and worldwide.
As a seasoned industry expert with an in-depth understanding of local and regional markets, Sanja has worked with the leading hospitality companies and small and medium enterprises in the SEE region, global and local investors and first-tier hotel operators. She has established close relationships with tourism and hotel industry associations and governments across the region, participating in tourism stakeholders management and tourism destinations development.
Sanja Čižmar is an approved Senior International Advisor of the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD).
Sanja has led the global consulting company specialising in HTL industries based in Croatia for two decades as the Managing Partner and Senior Partner.
Sanja cooperates with the hotel and tourism management faculties in the region as a guest lecturer, enjoying developing talents. She has published four university and high school textbooks in hotel and tourism management and numerous professional articles and scientific papers in Croatia and worldwide.
Dalibor Čižmar

With over 30 years of experience in project planning and development as a certified engineer, Dalibor Čižmar has led numerous engineering projects in the real-estate sector. As one of the pioneers of facility management in Croatia, he developed the facility management and facility maintenance function at a large multinational corporation. He later managed several international and domestic companies specialised in facility management and maintenance, managing large multidisciplinary work teams. His scope of work included, among other fields, quality operational standards, safety and security.
With exceptional technical expertise and managerial experience in project planning and facility management, Dalibor is focused on achieving effective solutions in the organisation, process definition and optimisation of facility management and maintenance costs.
Dalibor graduated from the Faculty of Electrical Engineering and Computing at the University of Zagreb. He holds the State Licence Exam in Electrical Engineering. Dalibor is ISO 9001:2000 Internal Quality Auditor.
